We follow an iterative process that relies on the idea of learning, making, and breaking solutions to distill the essential working option. This process involves the following.

Alignment

At the beginning of every project requires stakeholders to align on the problem at hand. What strategic goals are we trying to achieve? Are the requested tactics the right ones to move the needle? Is there a better way to achieve those goals? We firmly believe in testing assumptions and validating opinions. We start every project by aligning all decision-makers and stakeholders on the Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How of the project.

Learn

Learn

At this stage, we use qualitative and quantitative research to uncover consumer needs. We can then begin to test assumptions and build a hypothesis. The aim is to design valuable solutions that match customer expectations and achieve business goals.

Build

Build

Here we use the hypothesis developed in the learning phase and give it form for testing. A prototype can be as simple as a Word doc or as developed as a wireframe or physical model. By the end of the project, we’ll have gone through many versions to get to the best solution.

Break

Break

Here we put prototypes to the test. We validate decisions through testing with customers and stakeholders at each round of iteration. While often overlooked, it’s this incremental testing that keeps everyone moving toward the best solution.

Repeat

Repeat

Here is where we can be different from other agencies with whom you’ve worked. Our process depends on doing it all over again—repeatedly. We test small and iterate fast. This process makes sure our designs and strategies aren’t just magical but proven.

Solution

Solution

Once all stakeholders are happy with the tested and proven solution, we’ll release it live. Projects don’t end here, though. We stay with you to track the launched project for effectiveness and adjustment if needed.
